Pomodoro Task Manager is designed with your privacy in mind. The application stores data locally on your device. This locally stored data includes:

Task Data: Your task lists, task items, subtasks, deadlines, and completion status
Timer Settings: Your customized work session, short break, and long break durations
App Preferences: Your display settings and notification preferences

Important: We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of this information. All data remains on your device.

No Data Collection

All data is stored locally on your device using browser localStorage (for web version) or Chrome's storage API (for extension version). This means:

Your data never leaves your device
We do not collect, access, or receive any of your information
No data is transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers
Your tasks and settings remain completely private
We cannot see, read, or access your task lists or any other data

Third-Party Services

Pomodoro Task Manager uses the following third-party services:

Font Awesome: For icons used throughout the interface
Google Fonts: For typography (web version only)

These services may collect anonymized usage data according to their own privacy policies. We do not share any of your personal information with these services.

Data Export and Deletion

You have full control over your data:

Export: You can export your task lists as JSON files at any time using the download feature
Import: You can import previously exported data or share task lists with others
Delete: You can delete individual lists or use the "Reset All Data" option to completely clear all stored information

Notifications

The app uses browser notifications to alert you when pomodoro sessions are complete. Notification permissions are requested only if you choose to enable this feature. You can disable notifications at any time through your browser or device settings.

Children's Privacy

Pomodoro Task Manager does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
